The Atmel AVR ONE! supports On-Chip Debugging with Nexus AUX trace on all AVR32® 32-bit microcontrollers and processors.

Future firmware releases will also include support for debugging all AVR ® 8-bit microcontrollers with JTAG, PDI or debugWIRE interfaces, as well as programming support for devices with JTAG, PDI or SPI interfaces.
